Keith has 30 years of experience in the health and fitness industry. Currently, Keith serves as CIO for Stretch Zone, the leading provider of practitioner assisted stretching and mobility training.  Prior to Stretch Zone, Keith served as SVP as ClubReady.  Keith also led multiple business units at ABC Fitness, as their Senior Vice President from 2008 to 2011. 

After graduate school, he began his career on the club side working for Powerhouse Gyms, learning the club business from the front lines. In time, he left and founded Club Administrative Services, an outsourced provide of accounting, payroll, billing, and customer service functions for health and fitness clubs nationally.

In 2000, Keith founded Intrannuity, a company dedicated to providing software and services to large enterprise customers. At Intrannuity, Keith served as CIO for Crunch Fitness, New York Health and Racquet, Urban Active, David Barton Gym, and TSI. Intrannuity developed iFitness, an enterprise class member management system, as well as iBilling, a payment gateway and processing platform used by ABC Financial, Jonas Fitness, Constellation Payments, and Motionsoft.

Keith is married and has 5 children. He holds a BA and MPA from the University of Alabama.
